What is Monthly Happy Mail?

Monthly Happy Mail is a limited-edition envelope inspired by my everyday life in Tokyo. Each edition is thoughtfully packed with a personal letter, paper treasures, stickers, stationery finds, and little surprises collected throughout the month.


Will every envelope be the same?

No. Every edition is unique. While you'll always receive a personal letter and a selection of paper treasures, the contents will vary depending on what I've been collecting, creating, and enjoying that month.


Is this a subscription?

No. Monthly Happy Mail is released in limited quantities. Simply purchase an edition whenever it's available—there's no recurring payment or commitment.


What kind of items might be included?

Each envelope may include a mix of:

  • A personal letter
  • Hand-picked stickers
  • Paper treasures
  • Stationery finds
  • Mini prints or photos
  • Café recommendations
  • A mini zine (occasionally)
  • Seasonal keepsakes
  • Other little surprises from Tokyo

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Every order is shipped from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post, and I currently ship to most countries worldwide.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Most destinations: 7–21 business days
  • Some destinations: Up to 45 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather, or your local postal service.


Can I track my order?

To keep shipping affordable, Monthly Happy Mail is sent via Japan Post Air Mail without tracking. Because of this, I can't provide tracking updates once your envelope has been mailed.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, I'm unable to make changes or cancellations.


My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order seems unusually delayed, please get in touch. I'll do my best to help, although I can't be responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
