💌 What is Tokyo Diaries?
Tokyo Diaries is a monthly subscription inspired by my everyday life in Tokyo. Each month, you'll receive a thoughtfully packed envelope filled with paper treasures, stickers, stationery finds, and little surprises I've collected throughout the month.
🌸 Will every envelope be the same?
No! Every month's edition is unique. While you'll always receive a selection of paper treasures and stationery, the contents will vary depending on what I've been collecting, creating, and enjoying throughout the month.
📮 How does the subscription work?
Tokyo Diaries is a monthly subscription.
Subscribe anytime during the month to receive that month's Tokyo Diaries, which will be carefully prepared and shipped during the first week of the following month.
Example: Subscribe anytime in August to receive the August Tokyo Diaries, shipped in early September.
💳 How does billing work?
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month that you first subscribed.
For example, if you subscribe on the 10th, you'll be billed on the 10th of every month.
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.
✨ What kind of items might be included?
Every month's envelope is different, but it may include:
- Hand-picked stickers
- Paper treasures
- Cute stationery finds
- Mini prints or photos
- Spot recommendations
- A mini zine (occasionally)
- Seasonal keepsakes
- Little tasters (tea, snacks, etc.)
- Other little surprises from Tokyo
📦 When will my Tokyo Diaries ship?
Each edition is thoughtfully prepared throughout the month and shipped during the first week of the following month from Tokyo, Japan.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Tokyo Diaries ships worldwide from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post Air Mail.
⏳ How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Most destinations: 7–21 business days
- Some destinations: Up to 45 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather, or your local postal service.
📮 Can I track my order?
To keep shipping affordable, Tokyo Diaries is sent via Japan Post Air Mail without tracking. Because of this, tracking updates are not available once your envelope has been mailed.
✏️ Can I cancel my subscription or update my shipping address?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.
If you need to update your shipping address, please do so before your next renewal to ensure your upcoming Tokyo Diaries is sent to the correct address.
💌 My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
International mail can sometimes take longer than expected. If your envelope hasn't arrived after 45 business days, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
Please note that I'm unable to take responsibility for delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services.
