About Alaalas

Alaalas is a small business based in Tokyo, Japan. I create and curate original zines, letters, stationery, and other paper treasures, all packed with care.

Because many items are handmade or assembled by hand, each mail set may have slight variations. That's part of what makes every package unique.

Orders

Orders are prepared after payment has been received.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, I'm unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post.

Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by Japan Post and your local postal service. While I'll always do my best to help if there are any issues, I can't be responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, postal disruptions, or incorrect shipping information.

If your order hasn't arrived after an unusual amount of time, please reach out and I'll be happy to assist.

Handmade Products

Each mail set is assembled by hand with lots of care.

Small differences in paper, packaging, colors, or included stationery may occur. These little variations are part of the handmade charm of Alaalas and make every mail set one of a kind.
